A sweet short crust tart is layered with raspberry jam and filled with frangipane in this deliciously dainty dessert. Top with glacé frosting if desired, or eat warmed with just a dusting of powdered sugar. Either way, don’t forget that hot cup of tea. This kit makes ten individual tarts.
