Lemon drizzle cake is a sponge cake with added oomph. The moist, sweet sponge is coupled with sharp glace icing at the top and the tangy lemon buttercream in the middle, giving a mouthwatering taste explosion. Enjoy in the afternoon with a hot cup of Earl Grey tea.
