This product is suitable for baking at all altitudes.
A moist loaf made with tea from Yorkshire. The addition of dates and raisins adds sweetness without the need for lots of sugar. The cake is delicious with the drizzle and almonds, but traditionally is served in slices spread with butter, and is, of course, perfect with a hot cup of tea.
