Lancashire Lemon Tarts

This product is suitable for baking at all altitudes.
A sweet short crust tart is layered with lemon curd and filled with frangipane in this deliciously dainty dessert and is topped with just a dusting of powdered sugar. Either way, don’t forget that hot cup of tea. This kit makes ten individual tarts.
You will receive pre-measured ingredients and a step by step recipe card to make the pastry, lemon curd and the frangipane. You'll need to add a small number of perishable items such as eggs and butter.
